Magellanic Cloud has secured its third consecutive Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (DFCCIL), demonstrating sustained business momentum in the infrastructure surveillance sector. According to the latest regulatory filing from Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, this latest contract was awarded by DFCCIL's Ajmer unit, reinforcing the company's position in the freight corridor surveillance market. The contract has been awarded to Magellanic Cloud's wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance, indicating a structured approach to project execution and service delivery, as reported by Business Upturn.
The latest LOA is valued at ₹3.29 crore and covers AI-led e-surveillance services under the CGM Ajmer Unit. As reported by Business Upturn, this contract represents the third consecutive order from DFCCIL, highlighting the company's successful track record in securing repeat business from the infrastructure corporation. The project involves the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC), Operation, and Maintenance of an AI-led e-surveillance system, including intrusion monitoring cameras, Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR), SP/PSP/ATS/TSS systems, common stores and related equipment. The system will combine IP-based cameras with the DFCCIL communication network, centralised monitoring, automated alerts and escalation, reporting dashboards and technical manpower services. The latest order covers the SITC, Operation and Maintenance of an AI-led E-Surveillance System with Intrusion Monitoring across ALHs, SP/SSP/ATS/TSS, Common Stores and other locations, including the Control Centre at New Saradhana DFCCIL Station in the Madar–New Palanpur section of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (WDFC).
The three consecutive orders from different regional units reflect Magellanic Cloud's expanding engagement with DFCCIL and reinforce its capabilities in delivering integrated surveillance and security solutions. According to the latest regulatory filing, the total three consecutive DFCCIL orders aggregating ₹15.92 crore demonstrate the scalability of the company's solutions and the strength of its customer relationships. The orders were received from DFCCIL units across Noida (₹3.73 crore), Ahmedabad (₹8.90 crore), and Ajmer (₹3.29 crore) within a short span, showcasing the company's ability to secure and execute surveillance projects across multiple regions. The latest order will be executed on an OPEX model for a period of five years, further strengthening the company's long-term revenue visibility in the critical infrastructure sector.

During the same board meeting on September 1, 2026, Magellanic Cloud appointed four senior executives including CFO Pratik Harishbhai Bhatt, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Sameer Rajkumar Lalwani, Director – Human Resources Jyoti Chauhan, and Head – Compliance and Audit Sunil Suri. The appointments were made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The board also issued notice convening the 45th Annual General Meeting of the company, scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:00 noon (IST).
