
KP Green Engineering Ltd. has secured fresh orders worth ₹239.61 crore, including taxes, from multiple clients across its diversified business segments, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday. The contracts are scheduled to be executed during the current financial year and are expected to strengthen the company's order book, improve capacity utilisation, and enhance revenue visibility. As per the latest reports, these orders were confirmed on July 07, 2026, spanning renewable, transmission, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, reflecting the company's robust execution capabilities.
The order book is led by the renewable energy segment, with ₹116.07 crore worth of contracts for solar projects. These include fixed-tilt module mounting structures, tracker-type module mounting structures and structural components. The company also received orders worth ₹76.41 crore for crash barriers to be used for railway track fencing and other applications, further strengthening its presence in the infrastructure segment.
Additionally, KP Green Engineering secured ₹16.66 crore worth of orders for RSJ poles, ₹11.32 crore for pre-engineered building (PEB) structures and ₹8.05 crore for transmission towers. The transmission-related contracts include 220 kV to 400 kV tower material, 33 kV and 66 kV substation equipment structures, hardware, cable trays, galvanised iron strip material and isolator structures. The latest orders also include ₹6.74 crore for cable trays, rooftop solar and isolators, and ₹4.36 crore for poles and high masts.
The latest order win adds to KP Green Engineering's growing order book. Earlier this year, the company received advance work orders worth ₹819 crore from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) under the government's 4G Saturation Project, marking the largest contract in its history. The BSNL orders comprised ₹483 crore for Cluster C, covering Maharashtra and Goa, and ₹336 crore for Cluster J, comprising Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.
Despite the fresh order announcement, shares of KP Green Engineering Ltd. were trading 1.85% lower at ₹368 on the BSE, as reported by Business Standard. The company's strong financial performance in Q4 FY26 showed consolidated net profit rising 68.32% to ₹77.43 crore and revenue from operations increasing 65.05% to ₹713.49 crore compared with Q4 FY25. The receipt of these orders reinforces KP Green Engineering's growing footprint across high-growth sectors such as renewable energy, power transmission, and allied infrastructure, with the company stating these wins reaffirm continued client trust and strengthen its growth trajectory.
