Ramesh Srinivasan will transition to a Non-Executive Vice Chairman role for a three-year term after more than three decades with the Kotak Group. As reported by the company statement, in his new position, Srinivasan will provide strategic advice on regulatory matters, key institutional relationships and strategic matters. His extensive experience within the Kotak Group will continue to inform the organization's strategic direction and client engagement efforts, with Srinivasan advising the management on strategic priorities, strengthening client engagement, deepening regulatory insights and supporting the Kotak Group on key institutional relationships. The company noted that Srinivasan, who currently serves as Managing Director and CEO of the investment bank, will take up the new role from August 1.
