
Ashish Rameshchandra Kacholia has sold 5,76,000 shares in wall and ceiling panels maker Dhabriya Polywood for ₹22.29 crore at a price of ₹387.04 per share on the BSE. According to reports from Moneycontrol, Surya Vanshi Commotrade offloaded 1 lakh shares for ₹3.87 crore at ₹387.06 per share. However, Abakkus Asset Manager-owned Abakkus Venture Opportunities Fund has acquired 6,01,341 shares (representing 5.55% of paid-up equity) at ₹387.8 per share, valued at ₹23.32 crore. As per the latest shareholding of June 2026, Ashish Kacholia had held 5.32% stake or 5,76,347 shares in Dhabriya Polywood. The transaction occurred on 23 July 2026.
According to reports from Moneycontrol, Dhabriya Polywood shares may have reacted to these deals, soaring 19.55% to ₹473.6 on the BSE, accompanied by robust volumes. The stock witnessed the breakout of long downward sloping resistance trendline. Following the disclosure of these transactions, the company's shares experienced significant upward momentum in the market.
As reported by Moneycontrol, Gandhar Oil Refinery shares surged 19.37% to ₹281.95 after robust earnings for the quarter ended June 2026. Societe Generale has bought 6.84 lakh shares (0.7% stake) in Gandhar Oil for ₹19.22 crore, at a price of ₹280.93 per share. The company's profit increased by nearly 8-fold to ₹205.89 crore in Q1FY27, from ₹26.09 crore in Q1FY26, while revenue during the same period surged 91.8% to ₹1,731.9 crore from ₹903 crore.
According to reports from Moneycontrol, VQ FasterCap Fund, owned by ValueQuest India Investment Trust, sold 5.98 lakh shares (0.52% stake) in solar water pump manufacturer Oswal Pumps for ₹20.54 crore at a price of ₹343.61 per share. However, Oswal Pumps was under pressure on Thursday, falling 4.91% to ₹338.85 in addition to 8.8% fall in the previous session. The company produces PVC and uPVC wall and ceiling panels for building materials and home interior markets.
