JTL Industries has secured a significant order worth ₹26.74 crore from the Himachal Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation (HPSCSC) for the supply of galvanised iron (GI) pipes. According to the company's disclosure, the order involves the supply of 3,425 metric tonnes of GI pipes to various divisions of Jal Shakti Vibhag across Himachal Pradesh. The contract has been awarded by HPSCSC, a government entity responsible for procurement and distribution activities in Himachal Pradesh. The execution period for the contract is 60 days from the date of issuance of the supply order, with the relatively short timeline expected to contribute to the company's revenue visibility in the current financial year.
The contract win comes amid strong financial performance for JTL Industries. As reported by Business Standard, the company's consolidated net profit jumped 104.69% to ₹34.41 crore in Q4 FY26, while revenue from operations increased 47.54% to ₹692.68 crore compared to Q4 FY25. However, the company's stock price declined 3.44% to ₹71.60 on the BSE following the announcement.
Madan Mohan, Managing Director of JTL Industries, stated that the order reflects the company's focus on supplying steel pipe products for infrastructure development. He highlighted that water infrastructure continues to be a major driver of demand for steel pipes in India, supported by ongoing investments in water supply and distribution networks. The company emphasized that product quality and manufacturing standards remain a key focus, backed by various international and domestic certifications including CE, ISO 9001, UKCA, UL, ACRS, and Active Fire certifications. The filing was signed by Amrender Kumar Yadav, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of JTL Industries Limited, on June 10, 2026.

The company operates manufacturing facilities across Punjab, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Himachal Pradesh (including subsidiaries). The company maintains Three Star Export House status with products backed by international certifications including CE, ISO 9001, UKCA, UL, ACRS and Active Fire certifications. The company has clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the organisation awarding the contract, and confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related-party dealings.
