
Jindal Stainless delivered impressive fourth-quarter results for the financial year ended 2025-26, with net profit after tax surging 41% to ₹834 crore compared to ₹590 crore in the same period last year. According to exchange filings, the company's revenue from core operations rose 11% to ₹11,337 crore in the January to March quarter, up from ₹10,198 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. The company's earnings per share improved significantly to ₹10.24 per share, compared to ₹7.18 per share in the same period year-ago.
The board of directors announced a final dividend of ₹3 per share with a face value of ₹2 per share for shareholders, subject to necessary approvals at the upcoming 46th Annual General Meeting. As reported by the company, all eligible shareholders will receive ₹3 per share for every share they hold in the company's stock up to one day ahead of the pre-determined record date. This follows two previous dividend issues in the financial year ended 2025-26 - a ₹2 per share dividend in August 2025 and a ₹1 per share dividend in January 2026.
