Revenue from operations increased 9.74% to ₹425.32 crore from ₹387.56 crore year-on-year. EBITDA rose 9.3% to ₹94.92 crore against ₹91.90 crore in the year-ago period, while EBITDA margin remained flat at 22.47%. Despite supply chain challenges, the company maintained an industry-leading gross margin of 48.6%, demonstrating operational efficiency and strong market presence.
As reported by Business Standard, the company recorded consolidated net revenue from operations of ₹1,405.02 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026, compared with ₹1,340.67 crore in the corresponding period last year, registering a growth of 4.80%. On a standalone basis, the company recorded revenue growth of 4.1% during FY26. Gross margin stood at 46.9%, while EBITDA margin and PAT margin were 18.13% and 17.42% respectively on standalone basis. The financial results were influenced by a one-time exceptional expense related to adjustments in gratuity liability following the implementation of new labor codes.
According to Business Standard, the company's board recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share of face value ₹10 each, representing 50% for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Consolidated net profit for FY26 rose 2.34% to ₹145.08 crore from ₹141.76 crore in the corresponding period last year. On standalone basis, the company recorded revenue growth of 4.1% during FY26 with standalone net profit at ₹149.8 crore.
