Incuspaze, a managed workspace and office solutions provider, has successfully secured ₹150 crore in funding led by Bharat Value Fund and other financial institutions. According to reports from The Economic Times, this capital injection will be strategically deployed to strengthen the company's presence across key commercial markets while accelerating technology investments and pursuing strategic acquisitions. The funding follows the company's maiden funding round in July 2024, when it raised $8 million (₹67 crore) led by the India Inflection Opportunity Fund, demonstrating consistent investor confidence in the company's growth trajectory.
The funding follows Incuspaze's recent acquisition of iKeva, a prominent managed workspace operator with strong presence in Hyderabad. As reported by The Economic Times, this acquisition has significantly enhanced the company's regional presence while adding high-quality enterprise-grade assets to its portfolio. The company plans to scale its portfolio substantially in Hyderabad, targeting a milestone of over 1 million sq. ft. of managed office space in Hyderabad in FY27. Over the past 18 months, Incuspaze has demonstrated aggressive expansion through strategic acquisitions including TRIOS, VSKOUT, and most recently Million Minds at GIFT City, Gujarat, to strengthen its presence in western India.
The capital will also be utilized to prepare for Incuspaze's planned public listing in FY29. According to The Economic Times, Sanjay Choudhary, Founder & CEO of Incuspaze, stated that the capital infusion will enable the company to accelerate its expansion plans and deepen its presence in strategic markets such as Hyderabad. The company is targeting revenue of ₹1,000 crore by FY29 through expansion, higher enterprise occupancy and acquisitions. As reported by The Economic Times, Sanjay Chatrath, co-founder and managing partner of Incuspaze, noted that the managed workspace sector in India is entering its next phase of growth, driven by enterprise adoption, hybrid work strategies and the rapid expansion of global capability centres (GCCs).
Incuspaze currently operates across 50 locations in 18 cities with a portfolio of more than 4 million sq ft. As reported by The Economic Times, the company offers managed offices, coworking spaces, enterprise solutions, design-and-build services, and customised workspace strategies for businesses across sectors. The India's flexible office market has crossed the 100 million sq ft milestone, with demand driven by enterprises, global capability centres and high-growth businesses seeking scalable, experience-led office solutions. Madhu Lunawat, CIO of Bharat Value Fund, highlighted that Incuspaze has demonstrated strong execution capabilities, a differentiated enterprise-led business model and a clear vision for the future of work.
