
Hi-Tech Pipes delivered its highest ever quarterly sales volume in Q1FY27, with sales volumes rising 26% year-on-year to 1,56,136 metric tonnes compared to 1,24,027 MT in the corresponding period last year. According to the latest disclosure made to NSE and BSE on July 3, the company also recorded 6% quarter-on-quarter growth from 1,47,127 MT in Q4FY26. The strong performance was driven by sustained demand across key end-user industries, particularly infrastructure, construction and engineering sectors, supported by the company's diversified product portfolio and expanded manufacturing capacities.
Shares of Hi-Tech Pipes were trading 2.33% higher at ₹87.99 following the announcement of quarterly results. The positive market reaction reflects investor confidence in the company's strong operational performance and growth trajectory in the steel tubes and pipes manufacturing sector. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, and was signed by Arun Kumar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
The company operates eight integrated manufacturing facilities located at Sikandrabad in Uttar Pradesh, Sanand in Gujarat, Hindupur near Bangalore in Andhra Pradesh, and Khopoli in Maharashtra, with a consolidated installed capacity of 10,50,000 MTPA. Hi-Tech Pipes is a manufacturer of ERW steel pipes with a presence spanning steel pipes, hollow sections, tubes, cold rolled coils and strips, road crash barriers, solar mounting structures, GP and GC sheets and colour coated coils. The company has stated it is on track to reach a capacity of 2 million tonnes by FY29, demonstrating significant expansion plans.
