
HDFC Securities, in partnership with Le Rythme, an NSDC-affiliated trainer, has successfully completed a comprehensive training programme for 100 young people from underprivileged backgrounds in the Delhi-NCR region. The initiative was specifically designed to bridge the widening digital skills gap and create new opportunities for youth from economically disadvantaged communities.
The training programme achieved significant success in employment outcomes, with 85% of participants securing meaningful employment or starting their own ventures.
