The company experienced a 41% year-on-year decline in revenue from operations to ₹94.91 lakh, though it showed sequential improvement with total income increasing 6.1% quarter-on-quarter to ₹197.75 lakh from ₹186.39 lakh in March 2026. The company's profit before tax rose 5.5% sequentially to ₹183.47 lakh from ₹173.86 lakh, while net profit also improved 4.7% sequentially from ₹140.43 lakh.

The company's total expenses stood at ₹14.28 lakh during the quarter, compared to ₹12.53 lakh in the previous quarter and ₹15.18 lakh a year earlier. Earnings per share came in at ₹3.88 on both basic and diluted basis, compared with ₹3.71 in the preceding quarter and ₹4.15 a year earlier. The company stated it operates in a single business segment, hoteliering, and within one geographical segment, India, with no exceptional items reported during the quarter.
