According to reports from Upstox, at 9:42 am, the stock was trading up 11.77% to ₹284.55 per share. The surge followed the company's announcement of robust fourth quarter FY26 financial results.
The company delivered exceptional financial results for Q4 FY26, with consolidated net profit attributable to owners surging 86.70% to ₹31.72 crore compared to ₹16.6 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. As reported by PTI, revenue from operations increased 19.64% to ₹776.24 crore in Q4 FY26, up from ₹648.77 crore in the corresponding period last year. The company achieved its highest ever consolidated revenue in Q4/FY26, according to an exchange filing.
According to the company's exchange filing reported by PTI, revenue from plywood and allied products advanced 14.6% to ₹588.5 crore during the quarter. The medium-density fibreboard (MDF) business saw a significant 39.6% increase to ₹189.4 crore. The company noted that Q4 FY26 marked the first fully operational quarter post expansion in its MDF business, enabling strong sales growth while delivering margins in line with guidance.
In addition to strong financial performance, Greenply Industries announced a final dividend of ₹0.50 per share of ₹1 each for fiscal 2026, with the record date fixed as August 4. As reported by Upstox, the company also achieved consolidated core EBITDA margins of 12.0% in Q4 FY26, reflecting a strong expansion of 330 basis points over the previous quarter.
Despite the strong quarterly results, Greenply Industries shares settled at ₹255.10 apiece on Tuesday, down 3.07% from the previous close, as reported by PTI.
