
EMS Limited reported a dramatic 88% decline in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 2026, falling to ₹5.59 crore compared to ₹46.60 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. According to the latest earnings results, the company's sales performance was equally concerning, declining 55.34% to ₹120.50 crore in Q4 FY2026 from ₹269.84 crore in Q4 FY2025. The company's operating profit margin also compressed significantly to 15.20% in the current quarter from 24.03% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. As per the latest financial data, basic earnings per share from continuing operations dropped to ₹1.01 compared to ₹8.39 in the same quarter last year.
For the complete financial year ended March 2026, EMS Limited experienced substantial declines across key financial metrics. According to the latest earnings results, net profit declined 50.68% to ₹90.53 crore compared to ₹183.54 crore in the previous financial year. The company's annual sales also contracted 24.65% to ₹732.75 crore from ₹972.49 crore in FY2025. Despite the challenging performance, the company's profit before tax for the full year stood at ₹129.22 crore, though this represented a 48% decline from the previous year's ₹248.98 crore. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations for the full year was ₹16.3 compared to ₹33.05 in the previous year.
According to the latest financial data, the company's profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) for Q4 FY2026 was ₹17.32 crore, marking a significant 73% decline from ₹65.21 crore in Q4 FY2025. For the full year, PBDT declined 46% to ₹139.43 crore from ₹258.60 crore in the previous financial year. The company's profit before tax for the quarter stood at ₹14.77 crore, representing a 76% decline from ₹62.70 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Revenue for Q4 FY2026 was ₹1,235.66 million compared to ₹2,720.75 million in Q4 FY2025, while full year revenue was ₹7,450.01 million versus ₹9,816.98 million in the previous year.
