The order has been awarded by a domestic client and involves the supply of RAPH rotor assembly units, with the company confirming that the transaction is not a related party transaction and was disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, and the circular dated November 11, 2024. The delivery schedule will be staggered, with detailed timelines to be communicated by the customer, though a minimum of three RAPH rotors is scheduled to be delivered on or before 31 March 2027.
The company demonstrated robust financial performance in Q4 FY26, with consolidated net profit rising 22.8% to ₹15.99 crore compared to the same period in the previous year. As reported by Business Standard, revenue showed impressive growth of 38.1% to ₹141.57 crore in Q4 FY26 versus Q4 FY25. According to Business Standard, the order marks a significant commercial expansion for the company, adding to its recent order book which included a ₹7.49 crore supply agreement for Flux Cored Wire to the defence sector scheduled for execution up to June 2028. The company has clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the order, ensuring transparency in the business relationship.
