
Dhabriya Polywood has secured a significant work order worth ₹4.78 crore from Godrej Properties for external facade works on its project in Delhi NCR. According to the company's exchange disclosure dated August 24, 2026, the order covers external facade works for a Godrej Properties project and is domestic in nature, carrying a total value of ₹4.78 crore, including GST. The project is scheduled for completion within 12 months in various tranches as per the order terms. The company clarified that this transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction, with neither the promoters nor promoter group companies having any interest in the work contract.
On the financial front, Dhabriya Polywood's consolidated net profit demonstrated strong growth, rising 35.47% to ₹8.86 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 compared to ₹6.54 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. As reported by Business Standard, sales increased 10.02% to ₹68.31 crore in Q1 FY27 from ₹62.09 crore in Q1 FY26. The company operates as one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of extruded PVC/uPVC profile sections and Dstona sheets & mouldings for various furnishing applications including doors, partitions, ceilings, paneling, fencing, prefabs, interiors & furnishings, uPVC windows & doors, and aluminium window systems.
Despite the positive contract win, Dhabriya Polywood's stock performance showed mixed results on the BSE, with the counter slipping 1.14% to ₹564 following the announcement. However, as per HDFC SKY market data, the stock recovered during the trading session and was positioned near ₹575 as of 12:53 IST on August 24, 2026. The stock moved through a volatile morning session before recovering and trading around the ₹575 level, with buying interest emerging after the morning weakness. The price chart shows the stock moving between the ₹550 and ₹590 zones during the session, with the market reaction coming as the company disclosed the new order from Godrej Properties, adding another project to its order execution pipeline.
