The operating profit margin (OPM) remained stable at 15.33% in the current quarter, showing minimal change from the 15.32% recorded in the previous year's corresponding quarter.
As reported by Business Standard, for the full financial year 2026, Devyani International posted a consolidated net loss of ₹38.63 crore compared to a net profit of ₹9.15 crore in the previous financial year ended March 2025. The company's annual sales revenue grew by 13.34% to ₹5,611.48 crore in FY2026, up from ₹4,951.05 crore in FY2025. The profit before tax (PBT) improved significantly to ₹19 crore in FY2026 from a loss of ₹35.37 crore in the previous year, indicating better operational performance despite the annual net loss.
According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, the company's profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) increased by 27% to ₹164.35 crore in Q4 FY2026 from ₹129.43 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For the full year, the PBDT grew by 6% to ₹618.61 crore compared to ₹582.66 crore in FY2025. These profitability metrics suggest improved operational efficiency despite the company's net loss position in both quarters and the annual period.
