DEE Development Engineers has outlined ambitious Vision 2030 targets with revenue exceeding ₹2,500 crore and EBITDA margins above 19%. According to Executive Director Shikha Bansal, the company expects FY27 core revenue of ₹1,400–1,500 crore with order inflows exceeding ₹2,000 crore. The strategy focuses on better utilisation of existing capacities, higher-value applications, and a stronger order pipeline across power, oil & gas, refining, and emerging sectors including nuclear, data centres, and green hydrogen. As per ETMarkets, the company expects FY27 core revenue of ₹1,400–1,500 crore alongside approximately ₹80 crore from power and biomass-pellet operations, with the path to ₹2,500 crore primarily through better utilisation of existing capacities.
The company has completed major capacity investments with the Anjar pipe fabrication unit scaled to 30,000 MTPA and the 7,000 MTPA seamless pipe plant commenced commercial production. As reported by ETMarkets, the seamless pipe plant has secured its first commercial order of approximately ₹58 crore, scheduled for execution through Q4 FY27. The focus has shifted from capex-heavy expansion to capacity utilisation, execution, asset turns and stronger operating cash flows. According to Bansal, The Anjar facility is expected to reach around 60-65% utilisation during FY27, while the seamless pipe plant will serve both DEE's internal piping requirements and third-party customers, creating an additional source of revenue while improving integration and margins. Annual maintenance capex is expected to be limited to ₹15–20 crore beyond FY27.
DEE's order book stands at ₹2,435 crore as of August 31, 2026, providing strong visibility for execution. According to the company's management, exports are expected to contribute around 50% of overall order inflows, with a 60:40 mix between power and oil & gas sectors. The company reported approximately ₹70 crore of Thailand order inflows in March 2026, demonstrating strong Southeast Asia traction. With total installed capacity of 93,500 MTPA in piping and 32,400 MTPA in heavy fabrication, the focus is on converting order book visibility into revenue growth. As per ETMarkets, the order book gives strong visibility for the next phase of execution, with the company expecting FY27 order inflows to exceed ₹2,000 crore and the order book supporting revenue growth over the next 12 to 18 months.
The company is evaluating a proposed nuclear-piping joint venture with a global partner, requiring approximately ₹100 crore initial investment and targeted for finalisation by December 2026. DEE has secured its first core-piping order from a private data-centre customer and is expanding into green hydrogen ecosystem applications through its stake in Molsieve Designs. The Thailand facility provides proximity to Southeast Asian markets and supports global customer service across the US, Africa, Southeast Asia, and other export markets. The company expects to reach ₹1,800 crore revenue by FY28 while maintaining focus on higher-value applications and specialised manufacturing capabilities. As per ETMarkets, data centres, green hydrogen, and semiconductors represent important opportunities for DEE as the company expands into new and specialised applications, with all three sectors requiring high-quality process piping, engineering and manufacturing capabilities that DEE has built significant expertise in.
