According to reports from Trade Brains, the stock is currently trading at a P/E ratio of 62.1 compared to the industry P/E of 29.9. The strong performance comes after the stock has surged as much as 285% from its 52-week low of ₹183 touched on January 27, 2026. During the trading session, approximately 0.23 million equity shares worth nearly ₹18.20 crore changed hands on the BSE and NSE before trading was halted for the day.
As reported by Trade Brains, DEE Development Engineers reported a consolidated closing order book of ₹2,433.90 crore for May 2026, compared with an opening order book of ₹1,909.82 crore. The company recorded order inflows of ₹631.91 crore and executed orders worth ₹107.83 crore during the month. The cumulative order inflow for FY27 as of May 31, 2026 stood at ₹681.85 crore, while cumulative execution reached ₹177.51 crore. The power segment accounted for the largest share of the order book, with DEE India Power reporting a closing order book of ₹1,251.42 crore compared with ₹1,011.53 crore at the beginning of the month, receiving inflows of ₹274.79 crore and execution of ₹34.90 crore during May 2026. The oil & gas segment was the second-largest contributor, with DEE India Oil & Gas reporting a closing order book of ₹881.18 crore and inflows of ₹358.49 crore during the month, along with execution of ₹40.15 crore.
According to the company's exchange filing reported by Trade Brains, the power segment contributed ₹1,251.42 crore to the total order book, with DEE India Power receiving inflows of ₹274.79 crore and execution of ₹34.90 crore during May 2026. DEE Thailand Power reported a closing order book of ₹184.76 crore, while DEE Fabricom India Power contributed ₹110.20 crore. The oil & gas segment was the second-largest contributor, with DEE India Oil & Gas reporting a closing order book of ₹881.18 crore and inflows of ₹358.49 crore during the month, along with execution of ₹40.15 crore. DEE India Others reported a closing order book of ₹2.29 crore, while Molsieve Designs Limited contributed ₹3.22 crore as of May 31, 2026.
As reported by Trade Brains, the company's power generation assets showed positive developments with Malwa Power's tariff fixed at ₹5.224 per kWh for FY26, comprising ₹0.97 fixed cost and ₹4.254 variable cost, with a 5% annual escalation on the variable component. The applicable tariff for FY27 stands at ₹5.437 per kWh. Based on this tariff, the company expects projected FY27 revenue of around ₹47.7 crore, including approximately ₹23.4 crore from its pellet plant operations. However, the company may challenge the tariff order before the appellate tribunal to seek a higher rate. For DEE Development's own power division, the regulator had revised the tariff to ₹5.877 per unit, but the company challenged the decision before the Punjab & Haryana High Court. Following the court's interim order, the company continues to supply electricity at the existing tariff of ₹7.47 per unit, while any recovery sought by the power utility on account of tariff differences remains on hold until the matter is finally decided.
