
According to an exchange filing dated May 8, Cochin Shipyard Ltd. has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for May 15 to consider and approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter of FY26. The Board of Directors will review both standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. As reported by the company, the Board will also recommend a dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities is closed from April 1 and will open 48 hours after the results are made public on May 15.
