The hospital's operating profit margin (OPM) improved significantly to 3.96% in Q1 FY27, compared to -5.90% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, this substantial improvement in operational efficiency was a key factor in the hospital's return to profitability during the quarter.
The hospital's profit before tax (PBT) improved by 97% to -₹0.02 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to a loss of ₹0.75 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. As reported by Business Standard, this substantial improvement in pre-tax profitability, while still showing a loss, indicates the hospital's progress toward achieving sustainable profitability.
