Ceigall India has successfully emerged as the H1 bidder in the project allotment and leasing of stone blocks in Nawada District Lot-4 (Bhadokhara, Block-D) under Competitive Bidding through E-Reverse Auction from Government of Bihar, Department of Mines and Geology on 07 September 2026. According to latest reports, the project is valued at ₹214.52 crore over the five-year period, with the contract awarded following a competitive bidding process that concluded on September 7, 2026. The project involves extracting a minable reserve of 20,96,500 cubic meters of stone blocks over the contract duration, with an annual extraction capacity of 4,19,300 cubic meters.
The mining project follows a quantity-based mine block extraction initiative with a structured financial framework. The project begins with an initial annual consideration of ₹28.82 crore for the first year, followed by a 20% compounding financial increment each year. This compounding structure brings the total project value to ₹214.52 crore, excluding applicable statutory taxes. The execution period is set for five years, providing Ceigall India with a steady revenue stream from the stone block extraction operations.
This mining project significantly expands Ceigall India's diversified order book, which stood at ₹18,568.3 crore as of June 30, 2026. The ₹214.52 crore Bhadokhara project adds to the company's recent major wins including a ₹5,300 crore Gujarat transmission contract received on September 3, 2026, and four MoRTH road packages in Arunachal Pradesh worth ₹2,149.62 crore secured on August 18, 2026. These order wins follow strong Q1 FY27 performance where consolidated revenue rose 15.68% YoY to ₹969.64 crore and net profit increased 15.27% YoY to ₹61.30 crore.
In a significant development, the board of Ceigall India at its meeting held on 11 September 2026 has approved the signing of a share purchase agreement for acquisition of 100% shares of project SPV - Jam Khambhaliya Jamnagar Power Transmission (JKJTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Power Development and Consultancy (REC). The board also approved investment by way of subscription of 49% equity in the Joint Venture Company that is proposed to be incorporated. This strategic move expands Ceigall India's presence in the power transmission sector and diversifies its investment portfolio beyond traditional infrastructure projects.
