According to the company filing, Anoop Jindal currently holds the position of Vice President & Head-Customer Excellence & Operations, which is also classified as a senior management position. The new appointment will see him transition from this current role to the B2B Sales-OEM & South Asia position, marking a shift in his operational responsibilities within the company. As reported by Business Standard, the vacancy created in the customer excellence and operations role will be filled separately and informed to stock exchanges in due course.
Anoop Jindal brings over 26 years of experience across sales, business development, channel management, customer excellence and operations. As reported by Business Standard, he holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from NIT Kurukshetra and an Executive MBA from NMIMS Mumbai. Jindal joined Castrol India in 2005 as a Key Accounts Manager and has since handled multiple senior roles across OEMs, strategic accounts, sales excellence, customer operations and route to market functions. The company stated he has led several initiatives focused on customer acquisition, digital engagement, operational simplification and business growth across various industrial and automotive segments.
According to the company announcement, the transition will take place on June 1, 2026. As reported by Business Standard, Jindal will cease to hold the position of Vice President & Head Customer Excellence & Operations from the close of business hours on May 31, 2026.
