Capacite Infraprojects has secured a significant contract from Ten X Realty East, a subsidiary of Raymond Realty, for a total contract value of ₹589 crore. According to the latest exchange filing, the contract involves undertaking civil core & shell works for Ten X Realty's The Address by GS-Wadala Project, located at Salt Pan Division, Shastri Nagar, Wadala, Sion (E), Mumbai - 400022. The company received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Ten X Realty East Limited for this major project, with the contract excluding GST ensuring the ₹589 crore figure represents pure operational topline potential. This win strengthens the company's order book visibility and operational pipeline in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), with the order book increasing by approximately ₹589 crore, providing multi-quarter revenue visibility.
The company's order book performance has shown remarkable growth, with total order book standing at ₹13,498 crore in FY26 compared to ₹10,545 crore in the previous financial year. The order inflow for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, stood at ₹4,400 crore, significantly exceeding the company's own guidance of ₹3,500 crore. This strong order inflow demonstrates the company's robust business pipeline and client confidence in its execution capabilities. The ₹589 crore contract win provides visible revenue for the next 24-30 months and strengthens the company's position as a preferred partner for Raymond Realty, with the consolidation of the relationship highlighting high repeat-client potential.
The latest contract award represents Capacite Infraprojects' continued expansion in the real estate sector. Earlier in June, the company secured a ₹445 crore contract from Great Value Realty Ltd. for civil and structural works of the Great Value Ekanam Project in Sector 107, Noida. In February, the company had received another ₹537 crore contract from Raymond Realty for projects in Thane, specifically for construction of 'Towers F, G and NTA' and a retail building in the projects of 'Address by GS-3' and 'Invictus-2' in Thane. As per company MD Rahul Katyal, this latest contract is a repeat order for the company, describing it as "a strong endorsement of our long-standing partnership and a clear reflection of the trust our clients place in our execution capabilities."
The company reported mixed financial results for Q4 FY26, with net profit declining 11% year-on-year to ₹46.73 crore compared to ₹52.53 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. However, revenue grew 6% YoY to ₹711.78 crore from ₹671.30 crore in March 2025, indicating strong top-line growth despite profitability challenges.
