The company's equity AuM grew 17.6% YoY to ₹31.4 lakh crore, outperforming industry growth of 16.4%, with equity net sales growing 43% YoY to ₹86,026 crore, ahead of industry growth of 39%. Live SIP accounts grew 18.8% YoY to 6.72 crore while SIP collections grew 20.7% YoY to ₹59,681 crore for the quarter. The unique investor base expanded 16.8% to more than 48.5 million, demonstrating the company's continued market penetration.
CAMS demonstrated strong diversification beyond core mutual fund services, with non-MF revenue growing 28.4% YoY in Q1 FY7, highlighting the success of its diversification strategy. The share of non-MF revenue stood at 14.9% for the period under review. CAMS Alternatives achieved strong growth with revenue up 25.6% YoY, with AuM crossing ₹3.2 lakh crore and the company winning 50 new mandates, including 23 marquee new logos. CAMS KRA recorded a marginal 2.6% YoY decline in revenue despite a market-wide recommended rate revision of 29% and subdued market activity.
The Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) segment continued gaining traction with CAMS launching 11 SIFs to date, collectively crossing ₹10,000 crore in AuM and over 8,000 distributors and 45,000 investors participating. GIFT City Retail Funds crossed 10,000 investors with monthly gross sales of ₹200 crore and AuM of ₹750 crore. CAMSPays revenue grew 69.1% YoY with strong momentum in new client signups, securing 17 new deals in Q1 FY7. CAMSReps Bima Central recorded strong user growth with its unique user base increasing by 45% and 8.3 lakh users added during the quarter.
