
Shares of Campus Activewear surged over 10% to hit an intraday high of ₹260.50 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) following the company's strong January-March quarter performance. According to reports from Business Standard, at around 11:40 AM, the stock was trading at ₹251, up 6.35% compared to the previous session's close of ₹238.50. The NSE Nifty50 index was quoting at 24,078.15 levels, up by 46.45 points or 0.19% during the same period.
Campus Activewear reported revenue from operations of ₹455.6 crore in Q4FY26, representing a 12.3% increase from ₹405.7 crore in the year-ago period. As reported by Business Standard, the growth was driven by higher distribution channel sales. The company achieved a 10.6% year-on-year increase in sales volume to 6.8 million pairs in Q4FY26, while the average selling price (ASP) rose 1.5% Y-o-Y to ₹668 compared with ₹658 in the corresponding quarter last year.
The footwear manufacturer reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹44.1 crore, up 25.8% from ₹35.1 crore in Q4FY25. According to Business Standard, the company's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) rose 15.5% to ₹88.5 crore as compared to ₹76.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. Ebitda margin expanded to 19.2% from 18.7% in the year-ago period.
For the full FY26, Campus Activewear reported revenue from operations of ₹1,774.1 crore, up 11.4% from ₹1,593 crore in FY25. As reported by Business Standard, PAT jumped 23.8% to ₹150.1 crore from ₹121.2 crore in the previous fiscal year. The company's performance was supported by healthy revenue growth, improving margins, and continued traction in its sneakers portfolio.
According to Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL), the brokerage expects revenue growth to remain healthy over FY26-28, led by volume growth and higher average selling prices. MOFSL has retained its 'Buy' rating on the stock and raised its target price to ₹325 from ₹305, citing strong execution and improving product mix. However, Elara Capital has lowered its target price to ₹355 from ₹370 while maintaining a 'Buy' rating, noting that near-term margin visibility remains uncertain due to volatile raw material costs and higher brand investment spending.
