
BMW Industries Limited delivered exceptional financial results for Q4 FY26, posting a profit after tax of ₹3,316 lakhs, representing an 88.1% year-on-year jump and marking the highest quarterly PAT in the company's history. According to reports from The Hindu BusinessLine, the Kolkata-based steel processor also achieved record annual performance with total income of ₹68,002 lakhs and annual PAT of ₹8,112 lakhs for FY26, up 8.1% over FY25. The company's diluted EPS for FY26 was ₹3.59.
Revenue for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹21,574 lakhs, showing robust growth of 33.6% from ₹16,152 lakhs in Q4 FY25. As reported by The Hindu BusinessLine, EBITDA for the quarter came in at ₹6,390 lakhs with a margin of 29.6%, expanding sharply from 23.5% a year ago. The full-year EBITDA margin stood at 26.5% for FY26. Net debt as of March 31, 2026 stood at ₹36,382 lakhs, with a net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.45.
Chairman Ram Gopal Bansal highlighted the commissioning of the company's Greenfield Downstream Steel Complex at Bokaro, with Phase 1 expected to go live in Q1 FY27. According to reports from The Hindu BusinessLine, during the quarter, the company also signed a Piped Natural Gas supply agreement with Indian Oil Corporation for its Bokaro facility. The board has recommended a final dividend of 43 paise per share, implying a payout ratio of 12%.
Shares of BMW Industries Limited hit the upper price band on Wednesday, climbing 14.5% to ₹50.45, as reported by The Hindu BusinessLine.
