
BLS International shares jumped 9.5% in intraday trade on Wednesday, defying broader market weakness as investors cheered the company's strong Q4FY26 performance. The stock opened with a gap-up of 3.4% at ₹271 on NSE and extended gains to touch an intraday high of ₹286.95. According to Business Standard, the stock witnessed a sharp spike in trading activity with about 22 million shares changing hands, compare with the previous session's total volume of 2.5 million shares. As of 11:40 AM, BLS International shares were trading 6% higher at ₹277 on NSE, while on BSE, the stock was trading 6.3% higher at ₹278.50 with spurt in volume by more than 11.86 times. The counter emerged as the top gainer on the Nifty Smallcap 100 index, reflecting broad-based buying interest during the session.
The company reported a 28.7% year-on-year rise in Q4FY26 consolidated net profit to ₹186.9 crore, up from ₹145.2 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY25. As reported by Business Standard, PAT margin stood at 22.9% in the reporting three-month period, up from 21% in the year ago period. Revenue from operations grew by 17.6% Y-o-Y to ₹814.6 crore, versus ₹692.8 crore reported in March 2025 quarter. EBITDA increased by 17.1% Y-o-Y to ₹203.9 crore as against ₹174.1 crore in Q4FY25, though EBITDA margin remained flat at 25% during the quarter.
The Visa & Consular business reported revenue of ₹471.7 crore in Q4FY26, registering a 7% year-on-year increase compared with ₹440.8 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. According to Business Standard, revenue from the Digital Business rose 36% year-on-year to ₹342.8 crore during the quarter, compared with ₹252 crore in Q4FY25. The growth was mainly driven by strong traction in the business correspondent and loan distribution segments.
For the entire fiscal year 2026, BLS International reported a profit of ₹723.8 crore compared to ₹539.6 crore in FY25, registering a growth of 34.1%. The company's full year revenue grew by 36.7% Y-o-Y to ₹2,998.2 crore as compared to ₹2,193.3 crore in the preceding fiscal year. As reported by Business Standard, the company's board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.5 per share, in addition to the interim dividend of ₹2 per share already paid during the year. The total dividend payout stands at ₹103 crore for FY26.
During Q4FY26, BLS International commenced Cyprus visa operations in Kazakhstan, strengthening its presence in the CIS region and expanding access to visa facilitation services. As reported by The Economic Times, the company also launched Slovakia visa application services in Beirut, Lebanon, and Nairobi, Kenya, further expanding its footprint across the Middle East and Africa. Additionally, the company partnered with IACCIA to offer trade document attestation services across 17 centres in India.
