B L Kashyap & Sons Ltd has secured a ₹183.18 crore order from Realkraft Ventures LLP, an entity of the Century Group, for civil and structural works for a residential building. According to reports from CNBC TV18 and Business Standard, the domestic order is expected to be executed over approximately 18 months. The scope includes execution of civil and structural works as per approved drawings, specifications and the agreed scope, within the stipulated time and contract value.
As reported by CNBC TV18 and Business Standard, the Letter of Intent (LOI) was received and accepted on August 19, 2026, at 3:53 p.m. The promoter or promoter group companies of B.L. Kashyap & Sons have no interest in the entity awarding the contract. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is expected to be executed over a period of approximately 18 months.
According to CNBC TV18, this latest contract adds to the company's recent order wins. In February 2026, BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd secured a ₹300 crore work order from CRC Greens Private Limited for a group housing project in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The project is to be executed over a period of approximately 42 months with the broad consideration standing at ₹300 crore, excluding GST.
As reported by Business Standard, BL Kashyap & Sons is one of India's most respected construction and infrastructure development companies with a pan-India presence. The company's consolidated net profit rose 8.5% to ₹10.85 crore on a 2.5% decline in revenue from operations to ₹336.42 crore in Q1 FY27 over Q1 FY26. Despite the contract win, shares of B L Kashyap and Sons shed 0.41% to ₹53.94 on the BSE following the announcement.
