B.R.Goyal Infrastructure has secured a significant contract worth ₹39 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for toll collection operations at Husnapur Toll Plaza in Maharashtra. According to an exchange filing, the order involves operating the toll collection facility at km 443.000 on the Yavatmal-Wardha section of NH-361, covering the stretch from Ch. km 400.575 to Ch. km 465.500. The scope extends to upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including replenishment of consumable items, with execution scheduled within one year.
The contract win comes as B.R.Goyal Infrastructure demonstrates strong financial performance, with consolidated net profit surging 78% year-on-year to ₹44.82 crore for FY26. As reported by Business Standard, net sales increased 13.4% to ₹820.32 crore compared with FY25. The company, which specializes in infrastructure projects including roads, highways, bridges, and buildings, has established itself as a significant player in the infrastructure sector.
B.R.Goyal Infrastructure has successfully completed its warrant issue by allotting 11 lakh non-promoter convertible warrants at ₹119 each, raising ₹3.27 crore upfront toward potential proceeds of ₹13.09 crore. The company received 25% subscription money of ₹3.3 crore upfront from nine investors, with the warrants convertible into one equity share each within 18 months. This warrant issue completes the previously approved warrant issue, providing the company with additional capital for future growth initiatives.
