Consolidated revenue from operations rose 25.90% to ₹172.60 crore from ₹137.09 crore a year earlier, while EBITDA increased 31% to ₹64.3 crore from ₹49.1 crore, with EBITDA margin expanding to 37.29% from 35.91%. On a standalone basis, Azad Engineering demonstrated equally strong performance metrics. The company provided an update on the utilization of funds raised through its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). According to CNBC TV18, of the ₹700 crore raised in the March 2025 quarter, around ₹540 crore has been utilised, mainly towards capital expenditure and general corporate purposes, while about ₹111 crore remains unutilised.
