
According to reports from The Economic Times, Aurum PropTech has crossed ₹500 crore in annualised recurring revenue (ARR) and reported its second consecutive quarter of profitability for the January-March period. The company posted total income of ₹135 crore for the quarter, representing a 72% increase from the year-ago period. This milestone marks a significant achievement for the proptech company's scaling efforts in the real estate technology sector.
As reported by The Economic Times, the company's profit before tax (PBT) margin turned positive at 2.5%, compared with (-11.5%) a year ago, representing an expansion of 1,410 basis points. The adjusted operating margin for the quarter rose to 12.2% from (-1.4%) previously, up 1,360 basis points. For the full year, total income stood at ₹424 crore in FY2026, compared with ₹285 crore in FY2025, a growth of 49%. The profit before tax margin improved to (-2.9%) from (-15.6%) while adjusted operating margin increased to 5.9% from (-3.4%).
According to The Economic Times, during the year, the listed company strengthened its platform through the strategic acquisition of PropTiger and deepened its distribution capabilities with continued AI-led innovation at Sell.do. The company also expanded Aurum Analytica's geographic footprint. In the distribution business, Sell.do onboarded over 40 new developers, while Aurum Analytica saw a 93% year-on-year growth in leads sold. PropTiger recorded its highest-ever gross commission since its inception, further validating the acquisition strategy. The securing of the SM REIT license marked a significant step forward as the company builds a differentiated, compliant, and scalable real estate investment platform.
As reported by The Economic Times, the company's rental businesses, HelloWorld and NestAway, continued to demonstrate resilience and sustained margin expansion. HelloWorld automates 70% of its operational tickets using AI tools, reinforcing the stability of the operating model. In the rental sector, NestAway launched "NestAway Select," a premium rental model, while implementing AI pilots for lead management and owner acquisition. Executive Director Onkar Shetye noted that the company's disciplined execution, improving unit economics, and clear commitment to capital-efficient growth underpin this performance. Looking ahead, the company is focusing on a debt-free capital structure through the monetization of non-core assets, enabling aggressive reinvestment into its AI-driven ecosystem.
