The area booked fell to 3.61 lakh sq ft from 5.95 lakh sq ft in the corresponding period last year. The value of bookings also decreased to ₹357.80 crore from ₹430.97 crore year-on-year. During the June quarter, the company recorded bookings of 234 units. As per the latest regulatory filing, the company recorded a total area booking of 1.32 lakh sq ft in June 2026, with a cumulative booking value of ₹130.37 crore for the month.

The acquisition marks the company's largest-ever land deal, with an approximate saleable area of 20 lakh sq ft and a potential sales value of about ₹1,800 crore.
According to the company's operational update, Ashiana Housing launched 140 units each in OMA Phase 1 and OMA Phase 2 during the June quarter, advancing its project pipeline for the financial year. The proposed OMA development has an estimated saleable area of around 20 lakh sq ft and a sales value potential of about ₹1,800 crore. The company also commenced handovers for Phase 1 of its Ashiana Nitara project in Jaipur during the quarter, as reported in the latest regulatory filing.
