This marks the company's largest project to date and represents a significant expansion of its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The development will be undertaken in partnership with Sigma Oxford Realtors and involves redevelopment in Siddharth Nagar, offering a saleable carpet area of about 0.67 million sq ft.
