The order, classified as an item rate contract, excludes taxes and involves a domestic entity, with the company confirming that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding company.
The contract execution is structured across two distinct phases, with the first phase scheduled for completion by June 2027 and the second phase by March 2028. As reported in the BSE disclosure filed on June 12, 2026, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and operates under an item-rate contract structure. The company confirmed that the transaction is conducted at arm's length and does not involve any related party transactions.
