ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited has secured a major domestic infrastructure work order valued at ₹104,05,87,119.03 from East Coast Railway (ECoR). The contract entails the construction of two Road Over Bridges (ROBs) on the Howrah-Visakhapatnam Main Line under the Khurda Road Division. According to reports, the project covers railway portions between New Garh Madhupur–Haridaspur stations and New Garh Madhupur–Howrah Visakhapatnam sections. The formal acceptance letter was issued by East Coast Railway on August 24, 2026, and received by the company on the same day. This substantial order win is expected to keep the company's shares in focus on August 26.
The contract involves two specific ROB constructions with comprehensive technical specifications. The ROB at Level Crossing No. 152 includes construction of a railway portion featuring a 1x19.08 m composite girder, a 1x60.0 m Camel Back Type Truss Girder, and a 1x19.08 m composite girder between New Garh Madhapur (NGMP) and Haridaspur (HDS) stations (Km 357/13-15). The approach portion includes an 11x25.04 m RCC girder span on the Gengutia side and a 6x25.04 m RCC girder span on the Ragadiposi Chakka side. The ROB at Level Crossing No. 157 consists of a railway portion with a 1x36.0 m composite girder, a 1x60.0 m Camel Back type truss girder, and a 1x24.0 m composite girder between New Garh Madhapur and Haridaspur stations (Km 367/1-3). The approach portion includes a 6x25.04 m RCC T-beam girder span on the New Garh Madhapur side and a 5x25.04 m RCC T-beam girder span on the Haridaspur side. Both projects have a designated execution timeline of 24 months.
The latest order addition follows another significant contract received by the company. As reported, ARSS Infrastructure Projects had previously secured a work order worth ₹19.79 crore from the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Pankholi Division, for widening and strengthening of the Donagadi–Bangarkata road in Jaipur district. These consecutive major orders demonstrate the company's continued business development in infrastructure projects.
The company's financial results for the June 2026 quarter showed mixed performance indicators. According to reports, revenue from operations dropped by 22.23% to ₹1,452.91 crore from ₹1,868.19 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, the company showed improvement in its loss position, reporting a net loss of ₹1,089.98 crore in June 2026, which was significantly lower than the net loss of ₹11,554.36 crore recorded in the corresponding June quarter of the previous year.
