Arisinfra Solutions Ltd has secured a significant Design as a Service (DaaS) order from Transcon Bellaviu Private Ltd, a special purpose vehicle of Transcon Group, for the Transcon UNO residential project in Kalina, Mumbai. According to a stock exchange filing, the project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹400 crore. The service engagement will be executed through the company's subsidiary Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Limited.
The service engagement commences on September 29, 2026, for an initial term of 18 months, extendable by mutual consent. As reported by CNBC TV18, the service order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is classified as a service order. Arisunitern RE Solutions will provide DaaS services for the Transcon UNO residential apartment project, marking a substantial addition to the company's project portfolio.
According to the company's filing, neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies of Arisinfra Solutions have any interest in Transcon Bellaviu Private Ltd. The company also confirmed that the order does not fall under related-party transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for independent service contracts.
Shares of Arisinfra Solutions Ltd ended at ₹133.85, up by ₹1.20, or 0.90%, on the BSE following the announcement of the contract award. The positive market response reflects investor confidence in the company's ability to secure significant service orders in the real estate development sector.
