
According to reports from CNBC TV18, Arisinfra Solutions Ltd. has secured a significant service order from O2 Spaces, a partnership firm within the Vaishnavi Residences Group. The order was awarded to ArisUnitern RE Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Arisinfra Solutions, for providing developer-as-a-service for the 'Morning Mist' residential project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The project carries an estimated gross development value of ₹280 crore.
As reported by CNBC TV18, the engagement will commence September 15, 2026, for an initial term of 36 months and may be extended by mutual consent. The arrangement provides Arisinfra Solutions with an estimated material-supply opportunity worth more than ₹100 crore. The order was awarded by a domestic entity and is classified as a service order, according to the company's exchange filing.
According to CNBC TV18, Arisinfra Solutions announced on April 13 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Capacit'e Infraprojects Ltd. for the procurement of construction and building materials worth at least ₹800 crore. Under this agreement, Arisinfra will supply materials for infrastructure, commercial and real-estate projects undertaken by Capacit'e Infraprojects and its subsidiaries and associates.
As reported by CNBC TV18, shares of Arisinfra Solutions ended Monday at ₹126.20 on the BSE, declining ₹2.75 from the previous close of ₹129.15. The stock movement occurred despite the positive news regarding the major project award and material supply agreement. During trading, the stock hit an intraday high of ₹129.35 and intraday low of ₹125.95, with a total turnover of ₹37.59 lakh across 29,574 shares in over 414 trades.
