
According to reports from Business Standard and Moneycontrol, Alacrity Securities reported a standalone net loss of ₹5.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2026, compared to a net loss of ₹5.14 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Despite the loss, the company demonstrated strong sequential revenue growth with sales rising 11.1% to ₹124.97 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹112.50 crore in Q3 FY26, and 48.26% growth compared to ₹84.29 crore in Q4 FY25. The company's operating profit margin (OPM) improved to -5.30% in the current quarter from -8.07% in the previous year quarter. However, profitability weakened sharply from a net profit of ₹2.14 crore reported in the preceding quarter.
As reported by Business Standard and Moneycontrol, the company's pre-tax loss of ₹7.15 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with a profit before tax of ₹2.86 crore in Q3 FY26, and a loss of ₹6.81 crore in Q4 FY25. Total expenses for the March quarter increased to ₹132.04 crore from ₹91.39 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹109.77 crore in Q3 FY26. Purchase of stock-in-trade during the quarter stood at ₹92.47 crore against ₹73.57 crore in Q4 FY25, while changes in inventories rose sharply to ₹38.20 crore compared with ₹15.34 crore in the corresponding period last year. Other comprehensive loss for the quarter came in at ₹9.72 crore, resulting in a total comprehensive loss of ₹15.27 crore during Q4 FY26.
For the full financial year ended March 2026, Alacrity Securities reported a net profit of ₹6.21 crore, representing a significant decline of 48.46% from ₹12.05 crore recorded in the previous financial year. Annual sales declined 27.96% to ₹410.68 crore in FY26 compared to ₹570.07 crore in FY25. The company's PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) declined 43% to ₹9.27 crore in FY26 from ₹16.32 crore in the previous year, while PBT (Profit Before Tax) fell 46% to ₹8.60 crore from ₹15.89 crore. Earnings per share for FY26 stood at ₹1.33 compared with ₹2.58 in the previous year. The company also recognised the impact of changes under newly notified labour codes relating to wages, industrial relations, and social security during FY26.

Employee benefit expenses declined to ₹22.18 lakh from ₹35.02 lakh sequentially, while finance costs stood at ₹25.53 lakh compared with ₹36.82 lakh in Q3 FY26. Depreciation expenses rose to ₹19.41 lakh against ₹14.64 lakh in the corresponding quarter last year. Basic EPS for Q4 FY26 stood at -₹1.19 compared with ₹0.46 in Q3 FY26 and -₹1.10 in Q4 FY25.
