
According to reports from Business Standard and The Economic Times, Aegis Logistics delivered exceptional March quarter results with consolidated net profit surging 45.69% year-on-year to ₹410.37 crore from ₹281.67 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue demonstrated robust growth, increasing by 52.16% to ₹2,594.39 crore from ₹1,705.04 crore a year ago. Profit before tax for the quarter stood at ₹595.76 crore, compared to ₹381.02 crore in the corresponding period last year, while total income rose to ₹2,681.7 crore from ₹1,770.5 crore. Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) grew 52.6% to ₹648.45 crore from ₹421.72 crore in Q4FY25, with EBITDA margins remaining unchanged at 24.06%. The company's earnings per share (EPS) expanded significantly to ₹11.69 apiece in the fourth quarter, compared to ₹8.02 per share in the same period year earlier.
As reported by Business Standard, the company's gas terminal division remained the key growth driver during the quarter, with segment revenue rising to ₹2,410.3 crore from ₹1,463.4 crore a year ago. Segment profit from the business more than doubled to ₹495.5 crore from ₹214.3 crore in the year-ago period. The liquid terminal division reported revenue of ₹184.1 crore compared to ₹241.7 crore a year ago, while segment profit stood at ₹101 crore versus ₹176.6 crore last year.
According to The Economic Times, for FY26, Aegis Logistics reported consolidated net profit of ₹901 crore, up 36% from ₹663.37 crore in FY25. Annual revenue from operations rose 23% to ₹8,333.21 crore, compared with ₹6,763.79 crore in the previous fiscal year, highlighting sustained business growth across segments. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹6.70 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 69th annual general meeting. Combined with the interim dividend of ₹2 per share paid earlier during the year, the total dividend payout for FY26 stands at ₹8.70 per share, with the company announcing the record date for the dividend issue after the annual meeting.
