The momentum has been particularly strong with the stock rallying 56.85% in June, its best monthly performance since January 2012 when it advanced about 57%. The stock has also climbed nearly 21% over the past week and has been on an eight-session winning streak, interrupted only by a marginal 0.01% decline on June 30.

The company demonstrated robust financial growth with consolidated net profits advancing 45% to ₹410.37 crore in the March quarter of 2025-26, compared to ₹281.67 crore in the same period a year earlier. As reported by exchange filings, Aegis Logistics' consolidated revenue from core operations rose by 52% to ₹2,594 crore in the fourth quarter, from ₹1,705 crore in the same period a year ago. The normalised operational EBITDA expanded 54% to ₹670 crore, compared to ₹434 crore in the same period year-ago.
Shares of Aegis Logistics gained nearly 5% to hit their 52-week high of ₹1,390 during the trading session on Monday, July 6, 2026, compared to ₹1,325.40 at the previous stock market close. According to NSE data, the stock is gaining on volumes that are lower than its 20-day average, with 26 lakh shares changing hands on Monday compared to its 20-day average of 50 lakh shares. The sharp rally has been supported by positive industry data, with Equirus noting that India's core EXIM trade increased by 12% from last year in May, while container volumes at major ports increased by 12% year-on-year and 2% month-on-month. If approved by shareholders at the upcoming AGM, Aegis Logistics will pay the ₹6.7 per share final dividend on or before Friday, September 4, 2026.
