According to reports from Business Standard, the contract involves manufacturing and supplying specialized equipment to meet the customer's specific requirements. The company has confirmed that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction, with neither its promoters nor promoter group entities having any interest in the contract. As per the latest reports, the company's current order book now stands at ₹76.25 crore following this latest contract win.
The payment schedule for the contract follows a structured approach with 100% irrevocable letter of credit as the payment mechanism. As reported by Business Standard, the payment terms include 15% advance against submission of an Advance Bank Guarantee (ABG), 15% upon approval of the layout, 50% along with applicable taxes against equipment inspection, 10% upon receipt of material at the project site, and the remaining 10% after installation and commissioning against submission of a Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG). The company has committed to manufacturing and delivering the equipment within 8 to 10 months from the date of order confirmation on a door-delivery basis.
