According to reports from Business Standard, the orders will be executed and delivered within eight weeks from the date of purchase orders, with the company receiving 100% advance payment along with GST. The contract involves supplying steel to Tata Projects, which is positioned as India's largest power company focused on providing sustainable energy solutions.
The company demonstrated strong financial performance in Q3 FY26, with standalone net profit rising 44.8% to ₹11.50 crore compared to the same period in the previous year. As reported by Business Standard, revenue from operations increased 16.1% to ₹563.17 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25, reflecting robust business growth across the company's operations. This performance comes as BMW Ventures continues to strengthen its position in the steel products trading and distribution sector.
According to Business Standard, BMW Ventures operates primarily in steel products trading and distribution, tractor engines and spare parts, manufacturing of PVC pipes and roll forming, and fabrication of pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and steel girders. The company clarified that the transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction, with neither the promoters nor promoter group companies having any interest in the work contract.
