Active Clothing Co surged 9.55% to ₹121 on Monday following the announcement of a significant distribution arrangement. According to reports from Business Standard, the company secured pan-India distribution rights from Apparel Group, the authorized licensee for global brands including Levi's, Nike, Jordan Kids and Ben Sherman Men's. The mandate covers shop-in-shop formats at multi-brand stores across India.
As reported by Business Standard, the new operations are expected to create an additional revenue opportunity of approximately ₹100 crore over the next 3-4 years, subject to market conditions, store expansion and execution. The mandate represents a strategic expansion from Active Clothing Co's previous regional distribution platform in Upper North India to a comprehensive pan-India distribution and retail operations platform. The company expects to leverage its existing market relationships, market capabilities and execution platform to expand its presence across cities, stores and consumer markets throughout India.
According to Business Standard, Mohali-based Active Clothing Co operates as an apparel manufacturer offering integrated design-to-shelf solutions covering design, manufacturing and retail. The company manufactures flat-knit sweaters, jackets, circular-knit T-shirts and sweatshirts, along with outerwear, woven products, athleisure wear and other categories. On a standalone basis, the company's net profit rose 5.16% to ₹2.24 crore while net sales rose 4.79% to ₹67.55 crore in Q1 June 2026 over Q1 June 2025.
