Yatin Shah, Co-Founder, 360 ONE, will continue to lead the wealth management business.
Agarwal aims to enhance the firm's offerings in wealth management, asset management, and capital markets to better serve the evolving needs of clients and family offices in India. As per 360 ONE, bringing Wealth Management, Asset Management and Capital Markets together allows the group to serve client needs end to end as one Group. The company positions this structure to build for the scale India's next chapter of growth will demand, as the Indian economy advances towards a USD 5 trillion and eventually USD 15 trillion economy. Karan Bhagat emphasized that this structure lets each of the three businesses be led with sharper focus while operating as one Group, with the company intending to be at the forefront of building large, sophisticated domestic financial institutions.
Agarwal brings in-depth experience of capital markets, investment banking and asset management to his new role.
