Swan Energy Ltd is an Indian company with three main business verticals: Textiles, Energy, and Construction & Others. It has six subsidiaries, five in India and one foreign subsidiary in the process of being struck off. The company operates in petrochemicals, textiles, and real estate sectors. It is implementing a greenfield LNG port project in Gujarat through its subsidiaries, which includes the development of LNG port facilities using a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU). Swan Energy is also involved in fabric dyeing and printing, and has developed property projects in Mumbai. The company has acquired a majority stake in Veritas (India) Limited and has leased out commercial properties in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
