Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited is a core investment company based in India. It holds investments in financial services and risk management companies, including Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited (CIFCL), Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Limited (CMSGICL), and Cholamandalam MS Risk Services Limited (CMSRSL). CIFCL is a non-banking finance company offering various lending services. CMSGICL provides general insurance products, and CMSRSL offers risk management and engineering solutions. The company was incorporated in 1949 and is part of the Murugappa Group. In 2022, it acquired Payswiff Technologies Private Limited and launched new loan businesses.
