Bank of India is a state-owned commercial bank headquartered in Mumbai, providing a wide range of banking products and financial services. It operates in three business segments: Treasury Operations, Wholesale Banking Operations, and Retail Banking Operations. The bank has a network of 5155 domestic branches and 22 overseas branches across 5 continents. Bank of India offers services including foreign exchange, NRI banking, merchant banking, asset recovery, agricultural finance, and small-scale industry support. It provides products such as mutual funds, venture capital, depository services, bullion trading, and credit cards. The bank has subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associate companies, and operates Regional Rural Banks. Recently, Bank of India has raised capital through various means including Tier-II bonds and Qualified Institutional Placement.
