Blue Cloud Softech Solutions shares gained 4% following the company's announcement of the successful deployment of AI-CopWriter, an AI-powered multilingual complaint-recording application. The stock surge reflects investor confidence in the company's technological advancement in government services and law enforcement applications. The application was officially launched by Hyderabad City Police Commissioner V. C. Sajjanar at the Telangana Integrated Command and Control Centre in Banjara Hills, marking a significant milestone in police technology adoption. According to Livemint, the rally came after the company announced the successful deployment of AI-CopWriter for Hyderabad City Police.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has successfully deployed AI-CopWriter, described by Hyderabad City Police as India's first AI-powered multilingual complaint-recording application. The solution was developed in collaboration with the IT Cell of Hyderabad City Police, marking a significant technological advancement in police complaint processing systems. According to Livemint, the application was formally launched by Commissioner V. C. Sajjanar, emphasizing the platform's role in making justice more accessible across diverse linguistic backgrounds. The Hyderabad City Police have indicated that the application is intended to be rolled out across the city's network of police stations, standardising multilingual complaint registration across units.
The AI-CopWriter application enables citizens to narrate complaints in their mother tongue, which the system then transcribes and translates into a complete First Information Report (FIR) draft within seconds. The AI-driven platform automatically detects the spoken language, transcribes the complaint, and translates it into a structured FIR draft within seconds. The system supports ten major Indian languages with automatic language detection, ensuring comprehensive coverage of regional dialects and languages. As reported by Livemint, the application has been specifically developed to support migrants, tourists, women, senior citizens, and others who may not be familiar with the local language.
Each exported document generated by AI-CopWriter is created as a tamper-evident PDF that automatically embeds critical information including the FIR number, names of complainant and accused, recording officer's name and badge identification, police station details, and relevant sections of law. This feature ensures proper attribution and maintains record integrity throughout the complaint process. According to Livemint, the platform aims to improve access to justice, reduce the time required to prepare FIRs, enhance the accuracy of complaint recording, and standardize police documentation through secure digital records.
