Health-tech start-up SuperLiving has successfully raised $7 million in a Series A funding round led by Lightspeed, with participation from existing investors Kae Capital and All In Capital. According to reports from Business Standard, the company will deploy the fresh capital to strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities, expand its vernacular content ecosystem, accelerate product development and scale user acquisition across Tier-II and Tier-III cities. The Bengaluru-based company, founded in 2025 by Manavdeep Singh Grover and Gurjot Kaur, former leaders at Meesho and Pocket FM, is focused on building an AI-powered platform for wellness and preventive health specifically designed for India's Tier-II and beyond cities.
The platform has demonstrated strong growth momentum in non-metropolitan markets, with less than a year after launch, SuperLiving has crossed 1.5 million installs and gained more than 100,000 paying users. As reported by Business Standard, 73 per cent of them come from Tier-II cities and beyond, including Meerut, Gangtok, Agra, Nashik, Bhiwadi, Varanasi, Hisar, Jalandhar, Indore, Jaipur and Visakhapatnam. According to SuperLiving, the company believes continuous engagement, contextual memory and behavioural understanding has the potential to redefine how preventive lifestyle and wellness support is delivered at scale. Co-founder and CEO Manavdeep Singh Grover emphasized that AI changes the equation for personalised wellness, making it accessible beyond those who could afford experts, coaches and consultants. "For decades, personalised wellness has been accessible only to those who could afford experts, coaches and consultants. AI changes that equation completely. What we've learned from serving more than 1.5 million users is that the demand for trusted, personalised guidance extends far beyond India's metros," Grover stated.
According to Business Standard, the company has achieved significant user engagement with 82 per cent of its users reporting visible changes across goals such as fat loss, energy, stamina, skin and strength. The platform provides personalised wellness journeys, educational content and an AI companion designed specifically for Indian users, focusing on wellness and preventive healthcare through artificial intelligence technology. As reported by SuperLiving, their technology platform captures and learns from user interactions over time, allowing the system to understand individual goals, challenges, habits and progress with increasing depth and context. This enables SuperLiving's AI companion to deliver recommendations that evolve alongside each user rather than resetting with every interaction.
The startup's AI-powered platform spans nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and daily habits, with a 24/7 AI companion that delivers bite-sized courses and vernacular content. According to SuperLiving, their proprietary memory layer learns from each user over time, creating a tailored experience that evolves rather than resetting with every interaction. This technology approach enables the platform to understand individual user patterns, preferences, and progress, allowing for personalised recommendations that adapt to each user's unique needs and goals. The platform combines guidance that would normally come from different experts, such as nutritionists, fitness trainers, skincare specialists, and lifestyle coaches, all in one place. The company's AI learns from users' past interactions, goals, habits, and progress over time, allowing the assistant to give more personalized recommendations instead of starting from scratch with every conversation.
As reported by Business Standard, SuperLiving plans to broaden its offering beyond wellness content and coaching into adjacent lifestyle and preventive healthcare categories, including diagnostics, health commerce and other personalised care experiences. The company aims to expand its AI-driven wellness platform to serve users across India's diverse geographical and cultural landscape. Lightspeed India Partner Harsha Kumar highlighted that most wellness platforms are built for the top of the pyramid, while SuperLiving is building for the rest of India - affordable, vernacular, culturally grounded, and actually sticky. The early traction from Tier-2 and Tier-3 users demonstrates where the real demand lies for preventive wellness solutions. The conversational context is not reset after each interaction with individual applications, but the AI companion continues to make suggestions that adapt to the user's current patterns, providing a highly streamlined and complete support experience for consumers.
