According to reports from The Hindu BusinessLine, the proceeds from this equity investment will be utilized for developing technology, product commercialisation, ecosystem expansion, strategic partnerships, regulatory initiatives and team expansion. The transaction was facilitated by Pantomath Group, a leading investment bank.
The fundraising witnessed participation from a group of prominent investors including Ashish Kacholia, Jagdish Master Family Office, Waaree Family Office, Ravi Sheth Family Office and Anuj Sheth Family Office. The platform represents a comprehensive approach to digitizing India's traditional gold industry.
The platform comprises four interconnected technologies designed to formalize India's gold industry. According to the company's announcement, Elanzia serves as an aggregation platform for jewellers and bullion participants, while RamMudra provides blockchain-enabled digital gold and coins functionality. GoldSense operates as an AI-powered purity verification engine, and BullionX functions as institutional trading infrastructure for efficient price discovery, liquidity and settlement. These platforms collectively seek to unlock new opportunities for consumers, jewellers, investors and financial institutions across the gold value chain.
